EXPERIENCING GOD will be presented here at Village Baptist Church on Palm Sunday, March 28, 2010. There will be two performances – 10:15 am and 3:00 pm. Our choir had the privilege of premiering this amazing musical at Glorieta over 10 years ago, and now we have the exciting opportunity of doing it again. The music and narration in Experiencing God are some of the most inspiring and soul-touching ever written.
Henry Blackaby, the acclaimed preacher, teacher and writer, was inspired by God in 1990 to write Experiencing God. Blackaby states that there is great enormity of spiritual hunger in the hearts and lives of God’s people and they long to experience God. There is so much more to the Christian life. The message in this presentation will lead people to a saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior and to a deeper walk with Him.
