@VillageOKC we believe biblical precision and theology are extremely important. We seek to avoid manmade interpretive systems of Scripture and promote Biblicism (letting Scripture interpret & cohere with itself in context) and Christocentrism—Jesus Himself is the Interpretive Key for understanding all of God’s Word. Indeed, all of the Old Testament points to Jesus, all of the New Testament points back at Him.

Moreover, we believe that our doctrine drives our practice and the living out of our faith. Theologically we are best described as Christocentric Trinitarians. Our methodology to carrying out our theology is achieved through the process of Disciplemaking. Like the Bereans of Acts 17, if you enjoy the edification of a deep-dive investigation of Scripture then VillageOKC would be a great fit for you! We invite you to come and see how fun and encouraging it can be to learn God’s Word verse-by-verse. #VillageBereans
